Should I worry about Cholesterol? I have results of blood tests that said my cholesterol is 205 normal range is 80-199. And my LDL is 133 and normal is 30-130.'m young at 24 with no history of heart disease, and I'm not in the slightest excess weight! (A 118 lbs.) I try to eat healthy (ok I'm not perfect) but I do eat better than most. I do not eat fast food very often, and try to eat as healthy as possible. How I can have a high number?? I exercise sometimes. I admit I took a leap of three months, but I've been running or walking again last week. Well my level cholesterol is 60 normal range is 40-110. I have nothing to worry about?
